Yoga with Amy

Friday 7.30 – 8.30am

Join us for a morning practice to welcome the day and awaken the senses in a lovingly conscious way. Challenge your balance, build strength in your muscles and refresh your mindset. We use lots of props to bring the spine into a neutral position and open up the body.

Our Friday morning yogis are very friendly and welcoming. We would love to see you there!

Amy also teaches a Saturday morning class which is more dynamic. Centre vouchers are very welcome if you would like to try it out one week.
