Thursday 8.30 – 9.15am

Pilates/Resistance is a low to moderate intense workout that burns calories fast and produces physical results quick focusing on strengthening the core, enhancing your posture and improving flexibility and balance.  

 

This class is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, and can be modified for specific conditions.
