Looking for a gentle but effective way to stay strong, active, and healthy? Join Tanya every Thursday for a low-impact aerobics class focused on building bone strength, muscle tone, and overall wellbeing — all in a fun, music-filled atmosphere!

✅ Warm-up to prepare your body
✅ Isolation exercises for all major muscle groups
Weight-bearing and resistance training (weights optional) to support bone density and muscle strength

Movement to music – gentle cardio that’s fun and energising
✅ Cool down and stretching to finish

This class is ideal for anyone wanting to improve strength, mobility, and bone health in a safe and supportive setting.
