Groove circuit is a fun class that will have you working your full body.

Combining movement and strength exercises which targets the 4 B's...

Body, Brain, Balance and Bone density. With everyone singing along to some Groovy tunes.

✅ Warm-up to prepare your body
✅ exercises for all major muscle groups
Weight-bearing and resistance training (weights optional) to support bone density and muscle strength

Movement to music – resistance training that’s fun and energising
✅ Cool down and stretching to finish

This class is ideal for anyone wanting to improve strength, mobility, and bone health in a safe and supportive setting.
