Join a lively bunch and kick-start your weekend with this hi-impact fun workout! Includes warm up, followed by isolation exercises for all major muscle groups, interval dance training, 45 minutes of cardio, followed by 15 minutes of strength and resistance using bands and weights and includes a cool down.
