Entries for the Fair are accepted from
non-commercial artists and craft persons aged 55 or over who are
residents of the Randwick City Council area, or members of the
Coast Centre for Seniors.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
- Entry forms are to be in the hands of the committee by
Friday, 4th June. (late entries not accepted)
- Entries are to be delivered to the Coast Centre between
9.30am and 2pm on Friday 18th June.
- There is no entry fee, but two hours of duty during the hours
of the exhibition is requested in lieu of a fee.
- All paintings must be dry and suitably framed (stretched
canvases are acceptable) and ready for hanging.
- Size of exhibits to be hung is restricted to 90x60cm,
including frame.
- Each entry must be clearly labeled, on the back of paintings
or pinned to craft work, with the artist’s name, title of work (where relevant) category and
selling price (or NFS).
- Entries are restricted to 2 per category.
- A designated committee member will handle all sales and
commission.
- A commission of 10% of all sales will be retained by the
Coast Centre.
- No exhibit is to be moved until the Presentation Ceremony is
completed.
- The Opening Ceremony will be held at 1pm on Sunday, 20th
June.
- The Presentations will be made at 1pm on Monday, 21st June.
ALL EXHIBITS ARE TO BE COLLECTED BY 3PM ON MONDAY, 21st JUNE. |
